User Management
User management is available to administrators only, accessed via User Menu → User Management.
The user management dialog displays a list of all accounts. Each user shows: Display name, Username, Roles, Status, Auth method, Creation date, and Last login.
The following actions are available:
- Create new user — set username, password, display name, initial roles, and a priority
- Edit user — update display name, roles, custom role assignments, and priority
- Reset user password — generate a new password for another user
- Update user status — toggle between active and suspended
- Delete user — permanently remove a user account
User Priority
Every user has a priority from 1 to 100 (default 1), set in the create and edit forms. Priority decides whose work goes first when several users share the instance and their requests compete for LLM capacity: chats and initiatives from higher-priority users are served before lower-priority ones, while long-waiting low-priority requests are gradually promoted so they are never starved indefinitely.
A user's priority also acts as the ceiling for the priorities they can assign to their own initiatives — see Creating an Initiative. Values outside the 1–100 range are rejected when the form is submitted.
